What size should I choose?

We recommend choosing your regular size based on our detailed Size Chart (see below). If you're between sizes, go one size up for extra comfort.

Our shoes follow standard US/EU sizing.
For the best fit, measure your foot length in cm and match with the chart.

✈️ Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide including the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and more. Orders typically dispatch within 2–5 business days.

🔁 What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

Shoes must be unworn & in original packaging
Custom-made or worn items are non-refundable
Shipping costs for returns are not covered unless the product is defective

🧼 How do I care for my sneakers?

To keep your sneakers looking fresh:

Spot clean with damp cloth and mild detergent
Air dry, avoid direct sun
Do not machine wash or dry

For glitter or special finishes, wipe gently with a microfiber cloth.
